Q. From where can I log in to My Account?
A. On our home page at the top right corner you will see the option of "Sign In / Register". Click on it and you will be guided to the "log in" page.
Q. From the My Account section, where can I check my order status?
A. After login in to your account, on the left side of the page you can see the option of Orders. Click on it and you will see the list of orders you have made with us. You can then click to the specific order and see its status.
Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. We ship to worldwide. So yes we ship to your country. You can view a full list of countries in our shipping policies.
Q. What is the shipping time for an order?
A. We ship orders by the fastest possible means, but the time taken to ship depends on individual items and any customization you may have ordered. Please remember customization and stitching for any item requires extra 5 – 7 business days.
Q. Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
A. Some orders may incur a customs fee that is decided by your country ( It rarely happens). These are fees charged by your government and LSM Fabrics has no control over it. We do apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.
Q. What are the payment options I can use?
A. For your shopping convenience, we offer multiple payment options that are absolutely secure. You can chose to pay using a credit or debit card using the Cyber-sourced powered gateway.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once your order is completed and handed to the courier company, we will send you an email with the tracking details.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. To offer you the best shopping experience is our top priority. However, if for some reason you are not happy with the product received from us, we will be happy to assist you in resolving the situation. Please view our return policy for details.
Q.Why should I register?
A. By registering, you get a number of benefits such as regular updates on promotions and offers, facility to store your shipping address, save measurements for customizations and much more.
Q. Do you offer customization?
A. We offer customization for all sizes and in many styles. You can submit your body or garment measurements, or choose from our stand size options to get the perfect fit.
Q. Do you need more time for customization?
A. Customization takes between 5 – 7 extra business days from the day the order is placed. If you have opted for customization, please keep this is mind.
Q. Can I send a gift to someone else?
A. Absolutely! The ‘billing’ address must be your own, however you can choose a different ‘delivery’ address. We don’t include any invoices or payment information in the packages. Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt it’s also a good idea to use your own email address, to keep your secret.
Q. How is my order packaged?
A. Our priority is getting your order to its destination on time and in good condition. Our branded packaging is very sturdy and designed to protect your order on its way to you. We don’t send any invoices or payment information with orders.
Q. How will my order be delivered to me?
A. We at LSM Fabrics deliver orders through reputed courier companies like DHL, Skynet, Leopard and TCS.
Q. Do you take orders over phone?
A. At present we do not take orders over phone. Would request you to place the order through our website.
Q. Can I add an item after I have placed my order?
A. Request you to place a fresh order for the item you choose to purchase.
Q. I can see items in 1day time to ship. Does that mean that I will get my item in 1 day?
A. The product will be dispatched within 1 bussiness day of placing the order. An additional 4 days are required to deliver the product at your doorstep. Also, if you opt for stitching then it will take 3 working days extra for customization.
Q. In My Account I can see all the items with different status, what does it mean?
A. This indicates that the item is in process in our workshop and will be shipped soon.
Q. How will I know when my order is shipped?
A. You will receive an auto-generated email from us with details of the item, which has been shipped along with the tracking details.
Q. Why is my order showing the status as "Awaiting Confirmation"?
A. The status indicates that there is a confirmation required from you for the item. You will receive an email from our customer service team with the list of all details required from you.
Q. Is there an extra charge for cash on delivery?
A. There are no extra charges on cash on delivery orders. However, VPP charges will be applicable.
Q. The cash on delivery option is available for which countries?
A. Cash on Delivery option is only available for orders shipping to Pakistan.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. It will be difficult for us to cancel your order if the same has already been dispatched or undergone customizations. However we request you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a reason of cancellation, we will check the status of your order from our end and assist you accordingly.
Q. What is billing address?
A. The address where you receive your card statement details is called Billing Address.
Q. What is shipping address?
A. The address where your orders are delivered is called the Shipping Address.
